Shipping is usually done on weekends. If you need something shipped asap please let us know.
Shipping is just a flat rate on most items. Some large or bulky items will have a slightly higher shipping charge reflected on the Product's page. Ju-Ju-Be Release items will have a flat rate fee. If actual shipping is less than the flat rate we will REFUND you the difference in the form of STORE CREDIT <3

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Add To My Other Order. Did you already place an order and pay shipping? Use this to add on to any order that you have already paid the FLAT RATE shipping on.
If you know you are going to order more items as they show up, order Preorder Items, you can choose Add To My Other Order when choosing your Shipping option.
It won't charge you shipping and we will hold those orders until you let us know to ship them ALL together. You can message us or just note it in a future order that you are ready for ALL your orders! Then you can combine them all into just one shipment and save on shipping.

Local Valley Delivery We ship from our lower 48 warehouse up to the store for delivery to you! This can take up to 10 days. Remember you can always shop what is in stock locally at www.AlaskaShopLocal.com
Gently Used, Sale and Clearance Items are FINAL SALE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. New Items with TAGS ATTACHED and packaging UNOPENED are Gift Card for store credit ONLY. Baby carrier of any kind, Jujube and Mama cloth are FINAL SALE no returns or exchanges. NO CANCELLATIONS OF RELEASE ITEMS LIKE JUJUBE. Cancellations if requested within 15 minutes of making the order will be cancelled, but cannot guarantee cancellations after that time.
If the Refund is at your request and you paid via Paypal then the refund will be with the fee taken out of the refund.
And as always if it is due to something on our end then we would pay the fee and you would receive the full refund.
