Elderberry Wellness Syrup is formulated to bring natural and soothing relief for seasonal distress. Our Wellness Syrup contains equal amounts of our Elderberry Extract and soothing, delicious honey, perfectly spiced with analgesic cloves to coat your sore throat. Cinnamon adds an extra kick of relief.
Our Wellness Syrup tastes great! The recommended serving is one to two teaspoons several times a day.
Ingredients: Elderberry, water, honey, cinnamon, cloves, sugar (less than 1% by volume), xanthan gum, (less than .04% by volume), malic acid* (less than .04% by volume).
- 1 Tablespoon of Elderberry Wellness Syrup
- 6 to 8 ounces of hot water
- Heat water in tea kettle.
- Pour 6 to 8 oz hot water into a mug, add 1 Tablespoon Elderberry Wellness Syrup and stir.
- Enjoy up to two cups of Wellness Tea per day.
- 2 Tablespoons Norm's Farms Elderberry Wellness Syrup
- 1 fresh ripe pear
- 1 fresh ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Divide between two glasses and enjoy!
